Arn't Democrats doing the same thing with Global Warming?
I believe in Global Warming and everything but it seems like they are using this for votes. So why do they always pin this sort of thing on Bush?

Very good question.
I thought it was ironic as all hell that the Democrats kept bleating about "scare tactics" yet they pushed the fear of a draft. Then, when the draft actually came up, it was a DEMOCRAT who pushed it.

Global Warming may be used as a scare tactic, but what has that scare tactic done? Not much. Our constitution is being broken in the name of our protection from terrorism. The terrorism scare tactic works so well, it is dangerous. The Global Warming scare tactic just sells some hybrids.

This is what we call a gross generalization. Democrats don't always say Bush is using terrorism as a scare tactic.

Global Warming has been proven, the WMD scenario was disproven. Bush himself is considered a terrorist in most of the civilized world

Both parties have their pet wedge issues that come up at election times
Republicans
Outlawing gay marriage, getting rid of abortion, terrorism, flag burning
Democrats
Global warming, environment, Bush is evil & oh what the heck wont someone please think of the children.

He is, that's why, and global warming is occurring although we don't know the history of the Earth's weather. One point we can't argue, pollution is happening and what happens once we pollute Earth's waters to the point of being unusable?
