I did a search on this several months ago and the State of Wisconsin states you can legally own three dogs. However, I can not find the link or the statue number? I do not need cities or county regulations, I am looking just for "state" guidlines. Thank you!

This pisses me off so bad! Their situation and what they are fighting for which is AMNESTY, has nothing to do with Civil Rights. They are marching in the parade this weekend. Why aren't leaders from the African American community pissed and speaking out about this? Most Mexicans dont like blacks anyway!

Iran and Syria say that it will only pour oil on the fire if the U.S. sends more troops to Iraq. Do any of you truly believe that Iran's first concern is about Iraq or U.S. troops? Or can you comprehend the idea that Iran doesn't want more troops along their border while they are making efforts to totally destroy Israel?

Because many immigrant mothers cannot afford to pay for prenatal care or delivery services, New Orleans’s newest citizens are adding an unexpected load to the decimated health infrastructure in a city abandoned by many of its doctors after the hurricane.

Some 18 months after the hurricane struck, much of the public hospital system, remains closed. But pregnant immigrant women who don’t have health insurance don’t have that choice anymore. “Prenatal care is our daily nightmare,” said Shaula Lovera, programme coordinator for the Latino Health Access Network.

The two health units providing prenatal care run by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals saw more than 1,200 pregnant women — almost all Latino immigrants — from January to mid-November.

Before the hurricane, only two per cent of patients were Hispanic. That figure is now 96 per cent. The maternity clinic, previously held two days a week, is now held five days a week.

Figures from the Louisiana Health and Population Survey in late 2006 showed the number of Hispanics in Orleans and Jefferson parishes had increased from 10,000 in 2004 to 60,000 in 2006, while the state’s total population fell by some 25 per cent.

Does this show that illegal aliens are getting free health care costing tax payers millions of dollars?
How can illegal aliens afford to have such large families when we are told they make $ 3.00 an hour ?

I for one can honestly say it has... I didn't vote in the first presidential election.. I was young.. it was my first chance to vote in a presidential election and I didn't really care for politics at that time... a mistake I will never make again.. so at least some good has come from this administration if it has inspired others the same way it has me.

Basically, the bathroom no longer works, and I can no longer wash my hands or have any water to drink. While this may be cool in 3rd world countries, we are supposed to have certain rights as workers in the United States. Let me know if this is one of them please.

With Tony buttmunch asslicker blair trying to conquer the world for his own legacy is it fair to send our lads to go fight in Afghanistan when we are already overstretched in Iraq. Should we not sort out one conflict before sending men and women to die in another country ? As an ex soldier from the TA i find it a joke that Mr blair and his administration think we are a viable force to tackle all and any world conflict. When i first started my training for the parachute regiment they didn't even have enough boots for us in our size. I had to wear odd sizes for a month!!We have the best service people in the world to my mind yet the governemt sell the forces short because it's not their kids going to fight! Anyone else have similar stories of kit mismanagement?

Go to any world watch organization on child abuse and sexual abuse and see Muslims along with Asians at the top of the list of pedophilia ,sexual mutilation, and child sex abuse ..
I am an American and of sound mind and body free from perversion ,sexually transmitted diseases and firmly believe that religion especially the Muslim religion is a scourge upon this beautiful planet that provides such wondrous pleasures as sweet fruits , prime rib ,and personal palaces we call homes .
Yes we are at war ,but it is with religion and the practices and lifestyles of others who are barbaric and living in the past .

Dick Durbin made a speech after Bush's last night that said that

The 20,000 was too many lives to risk in Bahgdad
AND that 20,000 was too little to control the situation.

If anyone can convince me that the liberals are not hypocrites, then I will give you $100.

Is there anyone out there who agrees that someone should look into our Welfare, Medi-cal, and Food Stamp programs.
There are so many people abusing these programs and getting away with it. We would be a much richer country if we completely over-hauled these programs, identified the abusers, cut them off, and put their sorry asses to work. As a hard working tax payer I am tired of paying for people to sit at home eating chocolate covered bon-bons while watching Oprah.

Is he on drugs? He has been hanging with some strange characters lately. They wear funny clothes and dont have decent haircuts. We found out he is going to some anti-American war protest in March. These people are very organized, they even printed up flyers. That despicable Cindy Sheehan person is leading these kids down the wrong path. She has already been arrested several times. She has been hosted by enemies of the USA like the Venezualan strongman Hugo Chavez. That's sending a totally inappropriate message to young people. Is it too late to get him some help? Or will he just end up in jail?
