cops can get away with just about anything. They are trying all of the time and are succesful 99% of the time. The 1% that they aren't is when they are up against high priced lawyers.

If an offense occurred in multiple jurisdictions, they can write tickets and get warrant's until the cows come home. An example: If a car chase starts in say, downtown Los Angeles, and goes south down Interstate 5 thru Orange County, and the person gets shut down in San Diego, all the police along the way who were a part of the chase, can all issue warrant's and tickets for the person breaking the law.

Can get very, very expensive.

Yer a REEEEL fine spellr!

Yes it is legal. As long as the warrant and affidavit have three things. 1) Person, place or thing to to searched. 2) What is being searched for. 3) Facts of the case giving probable cause that what they are searching for will be found where they look.

It doesn't matter if they copy and paste. As long as those things are in there.

you are talking about "applying" for a warrant. as long as the facts contained in the application are true and apply to the circumstances, the warrant can only be issued by a clerk-magistrate or a judge after reviewing the facts contained in the application- no foul for copying unless the facts do not apply

Even if it is ILLEGAL, by the time you get the evidence tossed out, they will have whatever they came to get and will already have made a decision as to if they are going to continue to consider you a suspect!
If you are innocent, the blood that they have obtained will keep them from harrassing you further.
GOOD LUCK!
