Considering that several states are, or are considering, implementing universal health care programs, should we wait, say 5 years, to study how those programs work before implementing a federal health care program(if we should at all). After all, universal health care will offer both positives and negatives to our health care system, and wouldn't it be smart to understand them before we experience them across the country?

Because the Supreme Court basically stated that a fetus is not a person. I am not for abortion. However, legally speaking, this is true, no?

*Roe Vs Wade was based partially upon a person's right to privacy. In this case it JUST HAPPENED TO BE WOMEN. And it was partially based upon the assumption that the world of science, theology and such have not come upon the time at which a fetus becomes a person, under the law and otherwise. Which supports that abortion is fully legal throughout the nine months of a women's pregnancy. Although, many believe it is not moral.

Why are all immigrants from south of the Rio Grand considered hispanic instead of from whatever nation they are from. They put themselves into subcategories just like Eropeans( Italian, Romanian). They are also separated in many racial groups ( black, white, and indian). These racial groups don't like eachother. Have you heard what lightskinned hispanics think about darkskinned hispanics? Its not good.

Assuming someone has never been arrested before, how would they choose a defense attorney after they have been arrested, detained, or brought in for questioning? They're in a jail cell or at a police station , and assuming they can afford a good attorney and will not use a public defender, how would they choose a defense attorney? Especially when they only have one phone call? No one answered this question the first time I asked it.

I've recently book a ton of "how to make money" ebooks, and noticed several of them contain the exact same "secret" ideas. Is this because a general idea or concept (like how to make money, for example) cannot be copyrighted or protected?

For example, if I wanted to take the ideas from all the ebooks I bought and make my OWN ebook with the ideas (while putting the ideas in my own words, of course), is that allowed?

Personally I think that the current government needs to be calling the shots. Foreign troops should be assisting the Iraqi military and police under their guidance. It would give power to the PM and the Iraqi police and military. I also feel that democratic government that provides a great deal of autonomy to regional governments shoudl be established. We need this to end with Iraq victorious and terrorists demorlaized.
