This is for speech and debate:

Whereas: The United States renounced the use of biological weapons in 1973

Whereas: The US Army estimated that one thousand kilograms of sarin nerve gas aerosolized over an urban area on a clear, calm night would kill 3,000-8,000 people.

Whereras: One tenth of the amount of anthrax would be likely to result in the death of 1 to 3 million people, a toll of 200-600 times that in New York.

Whereas: The US maintains what is far and away the largest biological weapons defense program in the world.

Whereas: Even the greatest experts disagree on which specific activities are offensive and which can be classified as defensive. And the laxity of this interpretation has given rise to potential misunderstandings and opened doors to would-be biological weapons developers.

Let it be resolved by this student congress: That the United States Department of Defense will disarm and eliminate all biological weapons and stocks of biological agents.

to many latina spouses are denied the right to immigrate, while if you are latino and wish to come here to work just to earn money you are viewed as a boosting factor to the U.S Economy if you came illegal thats good because then you have no rights like a slave, and what the government tells the public about the immigration process is not how it really works if you are latino involved in that process of trying to come here,if your american and you marry a latina what you find out is the immigration sevice will make you wait and wait for some times 3 years or more just to be with the wife you have, most marriages can't go through that type of stress and i am very sure thats why they do it, so why is the government permited to distroy a otherwise perfect marriage, after the so called back ground check is finished shouldn't that be a long enough waiting time, what is the point to the extra years of waiting anyway? who is in control us, or the government , thier working for us right??

and if so, does that mean the USA has lost the war, whatever might subsequently happen in Iraq?

Surely no US administration would now be foolish enough to proceed with an invasion of Iran now?

Because it seems that with all of the tied hands and political correctness in fighting this war we could had this thing wraped up and put to bed.

It's the U.S. Military people ! and we are looking atr this as a WAR it could have been more of a couple of slaps and over with . IF we fought the way we did in WW2.. But as you know the support back home was much stronger back then. And this country was more United in a cause.

I have been emailing a co-worker for several months. These emails have progressed to a relationship and because we are both married, the relationship never progressed. ( I know bad idea to be involved with a married man..that is not my problem). His wife is a deputy with the local sheriff's office and used her position and some of her co-workers to hack into his email account and steal these emails. I am now being blackmailed with the emails with going to my husband, boss ( I sent emails from home, not work) and posting them all over my workplace. I am being intimidated and harassed constantly by her ( in uniform and carrying a firearm) Was it against the law for her to hack her husbands computer? What legal recourse do I have if she does not stop this harassment? Is it legal for a law enforcement officer to hack into a computer for any reason other than a criminal investigation?
