Every man/woman should should be punished according to their actions. If he just, say...stole a pack of M&Ms from the local Haji mart, then maybe he should get some prison time. BUT NOOOOOOOO...he wants to kill innocent people, rape men's wives, and build himself an empire while his people live in poverty. HANG EM!
