DOES ANYONE KNOW THE NAME OF A REFERENCE BOOK
THAT CONTAINS STEP BY STEP SAMPLES OF LEGAL LETTERS THAT YOU CAN SEND TO COMPANIES WHO HAVE EITHER RIPPED YOU OFF REGARDING A CONTRACT YOU PURCHASED, RIPPED YOU OFF CONCERNING A ITEM THAT IS A LEMON, ETC.??? FOR EXAMPLE---WE PURCHASED A
BIG SCREEN TV SET (PANASONIC) IN 2000, WE ALSO PURCHASED WITH THE TV AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. WE
CONTINUED TO CARRY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY
UNTIL THEY (CIRCUIT CITY) NO LONGER OFFERED THE WARRANTY DUE TO THE AGE OF ITEM AND THE WARRANTY RAN OUT.
DURING THE TIME THAT THE WARRANTY WAS IN EFFECT,
WE HAD TO HAVE THE TV SERVICED '5 TIMES' .
IN THE WARRANTY PROVISIONS IT CLEARLY STATES--
IF THE WARRANTIED ITEM SHOULD NEED SERVICING MORE THAN '3' TIMES THE ITEM WILL BE REPLACED. OF COURSE, ***CIRCUIT CITY**** REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
DOES ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS
AS TO THE NEXT STEP THAT COULD BE TAKEN
FOR A REMEDY OF THIS SITUATION???
