Yes loads, worked for police force for a while, married a copper 25 years ago, daughter now works for them. Do you have a bit of an attitude problem, or just got no mates.

My bloke used to be a copper before I met him. He left cos he didnt like the bentness. He was one of the good guys.

I KNOW MANY MANY THAT ARE JUST REGULAR FOLKS. HAVING BEEN ONE FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS, I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE JOB TAKES ITS TOLL. CONFRONTING CONSTANT AND UNENDING CONFLICT, DEATH, AND DESTRUCTION ON AN ALMOST DAILY BASIS PLAYS GAMES WITH ONES MIND OVER A PERIOD OF TIME. IT TAKES A STRONG PERSON NOT TO BE MOVED OR BOTHERED BY SOME EXAMPLES OF HUMAN DEPRIVATION. THEY TAKE THAT HOME WITH THEM AT THE END OF EACH SHIFT AND THEN TRY TO LIVE A NORMAL LIFE AWAY FROM THE JOB. THATS AN EXTREMELY LONG AND HARD ROAD.

No i dont and my son who is a dedicated police officer,has reliably informed me that he doesnt know any either, but knows of one or two who were a bit dodgy and are no longer policemen.
