Can the site operator be sued and forced to shut down because its members are posting photos of men who they claim are cheaters and "players"? I'm not defending the players and cheaters, but they can always file suit and claim slander and defamation by having their photos publicly posted on a website that purports to warn women about men who cheat. Is what this site doing legal?

If my husband is approved for a temporary green card before our 2nd anniversary will he have to wait for the permanent and if he is approved after our 2nd anniversary will he get his permanent and skip the temporary or do you have to get the temporary first, wait two years, and then get his permanent? I am confused our lawyer is telling us that if we get approved before our anniversary he will get his temporary and have to wait two years and immigration is telling me that he has to get the temporary first regardless. Thank You.

I am a British citizen currently in the US on a 3 month visa (visa waiver, valid another month). I want to stay here but know I cannot extend the visa waiver, I have to leave the US and return. I know I have to return to my country of origin (UK), but does anyone know how long I have to stay in the UK for before I can return here to the States? Will a week be enough? Will it be difficult for me to re-enter the States?

My father is in prison and still has 22 years to go on his sentence for multiple sex crimes and repeat offenses. He has congestive heart failure. Heart problems run in our family and all of my siblings have had a cardiac issue at least once while growing up, although none has been nearly as serious as his. The prison doctor says his heart is failing rapidly, but said it was hard to tell how long he actually has to live. So I was just wondering.

It seems like the quazi socialist-communists have taken over Europe and have wiped out their strong history of confronting enemies. Now all the leaders of Europe act like they're bending over and taking it from the Islamic Facsists. The Poltical Correct Police have clearly won across Europe.

I recently kicked out my room mate... She had promised to either fix her damages or pay for them. At first she said she would sign a "promise to pay" note now refuses. I have substancial evidence that she did infact live with me... Even though she did not sign the lease and I also have pictures of her room before, during, and after she moved in and out. The damages we caused by her dog. And I feel I can prove that. With all this evidence would a judge rule in my favor even without her promis to pay note?

If you are part of the 'Bush must be impeached' crowd, or 'Bush has commited war crimes' crowd.....think for a moment.. ... .If Bush deserved to be impeached or charged with war crimes.. ..who do you think would bring charges against him ?
.. . . ... . . . . THE DEMOCRATS. . ... . . . ... and they would in an instant if there were anything that had chance of being PROVEN and ACCURATE . Nancy 'I foam at the mouth' Pelosi , and Ted 'blubbering drunk' Kennedy, among a long, long, list of others would wish to be the FIRST to file the charges.. . . . .but geniuses, there's no charges to be filed, BECAUSE THERE'S NO CRIMES COMMITTED.... . . .
The Democrat Party ACKNOWLEDGES THIS.. .. .

Does anyone need a 'knock on the head' to understand, or can we please talk about more intelligent issues ????

Let's say we have one of the best politicans running. He/She is genuine and truley concerned about social and ecconomical issues facing Americans.

...Let's just say he/she is the ideal canidate (ideal in a conservative way, or ideal in a liberal way, or ideal in a moderate way), but the only problem is that he/she is gay? (if that is even a problem to you.)

Whould you put the welfare of the nations before any moral convictions you might have?

BEWARE U.S. CITIZENS: The U.S. has on it's new agenda to pay all ILLEGAL immigrants social security benefits after working only 18 MONTHS in the U.S. Even if they are using illegal S.S. numbers.

We all need to pay attention to this, know who is pushing it, and get involved.

Social Security is broken now and people paying so much into this today will never see a cent of it.

I have never done this kind of work before, being a minimum security facility would it be a lot safer then most prisons? Also i tend to be a non confrintational person, i generally get along with everyone, would this cause me problems? I don't want to get stuck in a career where i hate going to work how big of a adjustment would this job be?
