And if our soldiers and leaders committed crimes they need to be prosecuted.

Although unlikely, the FBI should release these details as well as free those it has no substantive evidence to hold in the first place.

There should not be any torture per the Geneva Convention.

No one should be above the law or hold the power to do what they want without retribution.

Perhaps someone will write an expose.

under the freedom of information act the fb should eleae the details as torturing foreign soldiers shouldnt fall under national security claus of the freedom of information act. That said the fbi and cia should also release infomation on how the floodedlos anelas with crack cocaine and started a drug epedimic amonst the natios poor minoritys and did so in order to covertly fund a central american revolution

I think that America should never use torture.

However it would be okay to release fake data alleging torture to make terrorists cower in their cowardly boots.
