It is about the different state governments which have started demolishing illegal construction. Shouldn't the civic authority be considered as responsible as the developers who have taken lakhs from the shop owners?

I was granted K3 visa and my daughter K4 visa at the same time. We got it last October, in the middle of my daughter's schooling. We were given 2 years stay here. I wanted to adjust myself here in the US before bringing her.say like six months so i can help her cope up especially that she's only 6. I left her with my mom and planning to get her here on March, the end of the school year. so she's in grade 2 when she gets here. I am afraid that her visa will expire. Does anbody know when will her K4 visa expire? It says in her passport that it will expire on 2008 but i heard it is only valid for 6 months. I need to get her out of the country before that time expires. Is it true?

My husband is serving in Iraq and has been there since March 06. He is coming home in Feb. 07. What kind of things can I do to make it special? Is making signs, tee shirts for me and our kids, and decorating the car too much? I don't want to over do it but I want something to let him know we are so happy he is finally home. And that we are proud of him. Any ideas of small gifts I can give out to the other soldiers in his unit? Or would that be overboard too? I sometimes send extra stuff for the other guys when I send my husband packages. I just really want them to know how much we appreciate them and are glad they are home.

Wow, the internet is full of morons who seem to believe that the WTC was brought down by specially placed demolition explosives. And that the pentagon wasn't really hit by any airliner at all. What kind of drugs are these people on ?

I am a republican and will admit he has not done this country well. He has in my opinion assured the Democrats they will put the next President in office. I am not going to say I think he was the worst. I want your opinion. I personally think the people around him made bad choices that made him look bad. He chose poor advisors.

I am from England and America from what I have heard and read in the news seems as if it is run by corporations. It is amazing to me that a society that has such huge emphasis on human rights is the olny developed nation that doesn't a government healthcare program. Do you americans even now how to stand up for your rights? You have a war criminal in the white house and no healthcare for the average person? I must say in England we stand up for our rights more and the French are the champions of standing up for there rights

Just want to know what's your opinon on the United States' Capital Punishment law better known as the "Death Penalty. Are you in support of such a law or opposed to it. Personally, I'm against it but not for moral reasons like many people. To me it seems that the law makes our government seem hypocritical. What I mean by hypocritical is that our country makes it illegal to murder someone yet the courts in many guilty verdicts will sentence the murderer to death, doing the exact same thing that he or she did. That doesn't make sence to me but that's just my personal opinion though. Either way, I respect both sides of the argument so I would appreciate it if you could tell both where you stand on the issue (for/against) and your reason, preferablly with detail. Thanks, and I respect all answers and appreciate them!

I am having a party at my house(which I own) for New Years eve. I heard that there is a new law that just passed in CT that says if I have someone at my house that drinks at my house and leaves and gets into an accident or gets a standard DUI there will be a good chance I can be held liable. If the person gets into an accident and creates a lot of damage my home can be used as a way to pay for the damage. Is this true?
