The media would have you and the entire world believe that the American presence in Iraq is what's causing Islamic terrorism. Truth is counrties who have no part in Iraq have huge problems with Islamic terrorists. India , Philippines , Thailand , just to name a few. My best friend is a staff sgt in the US Army. He did a 12 month tour of duty in Iraq. He told me that most of the Iraqis he encountered were grateful that Saddam is now on trial for the crimes he committed against the Kurds and Shiites. The Kurds are absolutely thrilled that Saddam is no longer a threat, and are very thankful to America for taking him out of the power seat he was in .

The closest I come to Iraq is watching documentaries of Iari Americans in Iraq. It's a pretty tough situation there. The government there doesn't mind Americans there, but then a lot of the residents do. And terrorist like snipers use the residents as bait to kill the soilders, even using the children there. Some Americans are sympathic and some just want to do justice in their on words and follow their commands.
