The company you work for is most likely in financial trouble...so the answers here are probably good answers....find another job, on the other hand I would check with the the county attyy. in your area, I had a business once and my partner wrote checks to employees and the county att. came knocking on my door, he told me pay up and gave me a time line or be prosecuted for writing bad checks, hell I didn't even write the check my partner did. try this it might help. oh BTW Victoria, TX.

Take it to the county sherrif and look into uttering and publishing charges....they'll give them a chance to make it right. They will or go to jail.
