we all know its the wealthy who hire these people.whats their motivation,power,greed,or just the plain truth they dont give a dam about their fellow americans because their a group of elitist selfish pigs!

so maybe thats where you need to aim your attacks instead of at someone who is trying to make a better life for their family. given that you were in same situation what would you do ? make your family suffer but i am sure you never been in that situation . i have read several of your postings and i know where you stand, but need to attack WHY and HOW they are here not because who is here.

Capitalist are not the only ones hiring illegal immigrants. There are more illegal immigrants working in the United States than there are Americans.... factories are full of them... farmers fields are full of them.... rich house holds are full of them (maids, nannies, yardmen, etc.) where I work the plant is full of them... we as Americans are being pushed a side and replaced by people who are learning our jobs so they can go back to Mexico or where ever to train others to work for the company when our industries move Its companies into other countries.. That is how our Country the USA is destroying the low income families... One day I see the low and middle class Americans crossing international borders just to be able to feed their children because there will be no lower to middle man jobs left here in the United States to be gotten.. I just wonder if other governments will be as welcoming as ours when that happens...

only American citizens should be allowed to work in the United States.
If you need to fill a position that no one else wants, you should be able to put your order in for the Immigration department to fill that vacancy within 24 hours. Giving the successful applicant from Mexico or China or Canada immediate FULL CITIZENSHIP.
There would never be another illegal immigrant in the USA ever again. But a lot of American bigots would still cry and cry and cry not remembering that all Americans were at one time immigrants themselves.

Technically I suppose the rich are those that hire anybody. After all if you're employing anyone - you have to have enough money to pay that person. So technically maybe that makes you somewhat wealthy.
However there are plenty of middle income people that would hire an illegal day laborer to do work for less, since they (the middle income person) is trying to be cheaper as well.

That should be obvious. Why hire someone that you know you are going to have to pay at least minimum wage, when you can hire an illegal for half or less of that.

I think you are right, Harley. It would be better if we lived in a communist country. Then, they wouldn't be breaking their necks to get in. They would be breakin necks to get out and we'd be shed of them all. Unless , of course, we built a wall like the Russians did and shoot them if they try to leave. And one more thing: there wouldn't be that many wealthy people here to worry about. We would all be equal. Wouldn't that be just nice ?

To be fair, about a year before the recent raids on Swift, the US brought a discrimination suit for millions against Swift for asking too many questions about worker documentation, at least according to the press. (They settled for a couple hundred thousand.)
It would be nice if our government weren't so schizophrenic.
