My wife is us citizen and she applied for me to get greencard, due to her previous disease and then pregnancy she has been jobless in past 3 yrs she delivered our baby in usa and recently we had interwiev in Abu Dhabi but they reject our case since there was not enough proof for her domocile and interestingly they pointed to her use of Medical as a negative point and ask her to re-establish her in usa but she that recently got back is unable to do both work and care her baby,what can we do ?

I have a cousin that ran away when she was 16 and now is eighteen but is afraid that she will still get in trouble if she is caught! Does anyone know about these laws or if is she free to do whatever she wants now that she is legally 18?

Cases Ladder has stolen my money. What Legal recourse do I have?

I bought a diamond membership at cases ladder and without warning they froze my account. They keep charging my credit card $19.95/month and I cannot even use the account. Since this has occured, I have been contacted by others who are paying for memberships which are also frozen. People who have paid for gold memberships are having their accounts frozen, some lifetime gold members. And when you contact Cases support staff you are verbally attacked if you get a response at all. What rights do we have? What can we do about this?

Cases is very crooked. After I get this resolved they will never get another cent from me!
