If you have some relatives or friends in the US, get them to sponsor you first for a visitor's visa, visit US for 6 months and get to know of the work opportunities there
Get a person or company in the US to sponsor you for an H 1 visa. Once you get this visa, you can work there for 6 years during which time you can explore avenues for getting a GC.
It would also help you during the visa interview process if you could brush up on your English - both written and spoken. Take some lessons on this as you have to express yourself clearly when you work in the US.
