es even against it? I doesn't seem like their leaders are either--Bush and his guest worker program, etc. It's not just Mexicans--it's ALL illegal imm. I am speaking of.

Reasons why illegal immigration bothers me:
1) Sucking up the services intended for those who have actually paid into them via taxes.
2) The holding down of wages for the lowest paid Americans--which ends up costing the government b/c the poor require more assistance.
3) The free medical services which they require continue to jack up healthcare costs--and as an uninsured student who wants to protect her good credit, means minimal health care for myself...
4) The disease which are making a resurgence in America, usually only unique to the 3rd world-- leprosy, Chaga's disease, Multi-drug resistant TB, polio, hepatitis...etc. (Did you know that 1 out of every 7 East Asian immigrants are carriers of Hep B)
5) The constant influx of poor will cause an even greater divide b/w rich and poor, which makes fo

Everytime I get a bonus for going above and beyond the call of duty, the government gets a piece of it. They got 33% of my christmas bonus...as well as a hefty piece of my paycheck. What's even better is when it puts me in a higher tax bracket, and they can tax me even more. Now I don't see my bonuses as part of my income...just a reward for a job well done. So why does the government get a piece of that too? And if I don't get a bonus one month, why can't I write that off as a loss?

It is always more complicated than just slow down. It was all simple speeding. No DUI or Drugs, or Even Any Wrecks. Now I can't drive. How could one possibly pay? Should the Law be Just Pay the Fines and Keep your License? Otherwise, what then? States get the money regardless if paid or not VIA Collections and State Reimbursements I think? Now What?

Will his brain surgery force the Republican Governor of South Dakota to appoint a replacement, which we assume, will also be a Republican?

This would tie the votes in the Senate 50% to 50%, with Cheney's vote as the tie breaker.

firearms were not illegal, just the sellers didn't have the proper license to sell second hand weapons. The US Attorney boasted that these weapons wer off the street, and several people had been arrested. Isn't this still another attack on our 2nd ammendment rights in order to disarm the American people? To my humble mind when Thomas Jefferson authored the ammendments known as the Bil of Rights, it was so that we could protect ourselves against the government when they become tyranical. History tells us both Facism ( Nazi) and Communism's forst moves are to disarm the public.

Trick Question. Since Law is Mostly Revenue Anyhow. If speed was a concern wouldn't you think the ECU, or Computers would Govern itself for your States Mandated Speed Limit? How far Does Congress have to go until Folks realize that it's Wrong? And wouldn't it be safer to say ALL DRIVERS should pass the State Police Driver Exam for Safety? And yes I understand posted speeds in the cities or other areas, but the Interstates that have 500+ miles of Straight Aways!! LOL What do you think Speeders, or 95% of all Drivers? huh? What is it next, Your allowed to buy a Camera, but can't take the pictures??

Our police system wastes alot of time and resources on COLLEGE PARTY PATROL. Wouldn't their money be better spent on catching drug dealers? I could care less if there are college students drinking.

I have repeatedly been pulled over for simple speeding like 62 in a 55, 74 in a 65 never over 80 was I given a ticket. All for passing Inexpierenced drivers or ignorant ones at that on the Open Interstates. Initially, I lost my license for that, and when I was pulled over and informed of the loss of license the cop took my license, said he was turning them in and he retired, with my license dumped off in the trash can. I served the time, but got NO CREDIT for it. Then, pulled over again. Burnt. Driving under Suspension. After this point it doesn't matter what you have done as your driving without a license. I was pulled over for an Air Freshner hanging on the rear view. All cause either I was late, TRAFFIC CONTROL and SPEED WAS POOR, just passing someone to get out of there thoughts... It all has become BS Now. Now Fight or Flight comes into play as I Attemt to Elude them always. So now, should I fight for my rights of Security for the Family, or let them collect money on me

Can we really say who is legislating their morality here? And what's more is who is to say that legislating morality is fundementally wrong? What's wrong with making laws to uphold the morality of the people?

For instance, the abortion issue is a case where many claim Christians are trying to force their morality on others, yet the Roe v. Wade case effectively mandated that abortion was acceptable.

Isn't stating something to be acceptable every bit of a morality statement as saying something is not acceptable?

(apologize for the generalizations. Like with all questions, I can't be expected to be sensitive to every possible person so I will admitt these are generalizations.)

Locked briefcases, footlockers, etc. Does Chadwick apply here? I think Wyoming v. Houghton is the better case - it says you when you have permission to search, you can search any container that could contain what you're looking for. Am I right about this? Is there an actual Supreme Court case that says this?

I know it would take a long time, but it would be a great benefit for the U.S.. We would have oil and natural resources! We would have the pyramids that their ancestors built and that would be great for our turism. We would have cities with great beaches just like Cancun and a lot of more stuff that they already have and they don't really care about it. And obviously the illegal immigration issue will finally dissapear thank God.
