or are they just excited to see a well-spoken, handsome black man that doesn't have an obvious chip on his shoulder towards whites

becuase he is very green and he talks out of his you know what on a lot of issues,,,,

I respect the man I just think he needs way more experience,, he hasn't been through the mill yet,,at least to be president,,plus ,,if Hillary beats him that will be horrible for him and for US

I mean you can be a great speaker and really suave without knowing jack,,,,in fact a lot of low level politicians are like that,,and that is why they never break i nto the big leagues,,so I don't think this guy is ready,,,he might never be,, people need to do thier homework

ANYONE agree or disagree

had the audacity to interrupt and argue with the First Lady who was trying to explain her opinion of how the media has not been showing the positive things going on in Iraq? What is with these crazy media a**holes? It seems that MSNBC does nothing but bring on liberals all day long just to badmouth Bush, his policies, and Republicans in general. They are so biased and so ugly to watch as they try to sway the opinions of unknowing viewers. It is truly sickening.

My boyfriend just joined the army back in late-September/early October and is still in his BCT.

I know he's signed all those contracts and everything but after the BCT, can he say that he finds out the whole idea doesn't really fit his idea and quit? In other words, is there a "trial period" at the beginning for people who have just joined?

It's not he's asking to quit but it's not like he likes to be in there and I really can't take it for much longer - all those worrying and restrictions on communication (I don't live in the US) and no freedom on choosing when/where to visit even on his holiday.

I have heard of "dishonorable discharge" and it'll make the person lose all the benefits/rights etc but if my boyfriend ends up relocating somewhere else does it still matter? Would it be as bad as a criminal record for the customs?

I sent some Medical Records to an Attorney. and he said there was a case for missed diagnoses, but said his firm does not wish to pursue. If he knows there is a case, what could be the reason not to take it? this is a wrongful death, since the missed diagnoses resulted in a death.

Authorities Probe Foreign Student Seeking Commercial Truck-Driving HAZMAT License

But he only wanted to learn how to drive forward -- reminiscent of those stories about the 9/11 hijackers telling flight instructors that they didn't need to learn how to take off or land, but only to fly.

By Liza Porteus for FoxNews, with thanks to TJ:

NEW YORK — Mohammed Yusef Mullawala wanted a license to transport hazardous materials and to learn how to drive commercial tractor trailers. There was nothing unusual about that, until he told his teacher that he only wanted to learn how to drive forward, and he wanted to learn fast.

That was enough to raise a red flag with Darleen Crawford, president of the Nationwide Tractor Trailer Driving School in Smithfield, R.I., where Mullawala took driving classes.

Federal and state authorities are investigating why Mullawala was seeking a commercial trucking license after his behavior raised flags at the Rhode Island driving school. Crawford said he was also insistent on taking the test necessary to earn a license to transport hazardous materials.

Mullawala, a 28-year-old citizen of India who is of Pakistani descent, is now in federal custody in Massachusetts on immigration violation charges....

Crawford started documenting suspicious activity: Mullawala lived in New York City but traveled to Rhode Island for the driving classes; he missed his first day of classes; and he was very insistent on getting his hazardous material transport license.

But the fact that he only seemed interested in driving forward was the most concerning.

"We tell them from Day One, 'you will be backing up,' 'you'll be backing up every single day,'" Crawford said, adding that it normally takes two to three weeks of practice backing up before drivers get road permits and learn how to drive forward, among other things.

The situation was reminiscent of when some of the Sept. 11, 2001, hijackers told their flight-school instructor they were only interested in how to fly planes at certain altitudes, not so much how to land or take off.

"He was just really pushing to get out of here," Crawford said. "I've been doing this for 30 years so you just sort of know when something doesn't feel right."...

Investigators learned that when Mullawala obtained his driver's license from the Rhode Island Registry of Motor Vehicles, he gave a false statement indicating he was a Rhode Island resident. ICE then determined he was a citizen of India and in the United States on an expired temporary student visa.

On Tuesday, Mullawala went to state police headquarters thinking he was responding to another matter. He was then apprehended and turned over to ICE....

Did they mean "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"?
What did they mean by that?

Or did they mean "thus building a wall of separation between church and state"?
What did Jefferson mean by that?

My wife & Texas Police Officer are having an affair. I found some emails between them. He always talked about meeting her the usual way (traffic stop). He also, told her to lie when she called the PD so nobody would catch on they were having an affair. He also had her book hotel rooms using her ID because her Drivers License had her old address on it. He did this so they would not get a thank you card from the hotel in the mail. He also was instructing her on how to hide money. He opened a new account unknown to his wife, gave her an ATM card, and told her how to hide it by taping it to the bottom of furniture, in case she needed it for an emergency. He volunteered to keep her money that she was hiding in his locker at the PD. He also admitted that his job performance was suffering from their adultry and he had to go write more tickets and piss people off. He stated he could not wait to get to the PD everyday to read and send my wife emails on their secret email accounts.

The underlining of places and telephone numbers in my emails by yahoo without my agreement is unconstitutional.
Did the present govt order you to monitor yahoo users like this?

Even if the excuse to do this is linked to some paranoid idea of
national security it is against my American rights and if it continues
I will get another email address. Goodbye Yahoo!

Assuming it's true that he is a child molester, what would be wrong with saying over the mic that "This man (and point the man out) is a CHILD MOLESTER and he molested my brother when my bro was 5 years old! I have the bail money and I will pay all legal fees if anybody in this bar wants to kick his ***!"?
