Theoretically you can. However, I urge you to do more research on these topics, look up War Profiteers and Alternet.org Read many articles and you will learn more about what's relevant to our country.

Is it okay for you to claim that people who support the war have never served?
Yesterday a question was asked why 'war supporters' did not serve themselves. Just about every 'war supporter' who answered was a veteran.
Maybe you should have learned something from that?
Hint - the political party that supports the war is also the political party that supplies 80% of the people in the military.
How does it feel to know that the people who agree with your political opinions do not feel that you are worth defending?

What do you mean by "violently" supporting the war?
Why not join? It'll make a man out of you.
I'm sure that most of them are scared at times over there anyway.

No, the service isn't a lifstyle adapted to by just anyone. I don't want to serve with anyone who is there because they support a war or not, but rather because the enjoy the job they were called to do. It is the most honorable profession to be in(.)
................
It is the soldier, not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.
It is the soldier, not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.
It is the soldier, not the campus organizer,
who has given us the freedom to demonstrate.
It is the soldier, not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the soldier,
who salutes the flag,
who serves under the flag,
and whose coffin is draped by the flag,
who allows the protester to burn the flag.

If you "violently" support the war why don't you do something more constructive with those tendecies. I guess getting in people's faces and being verbally abusive is easier than taking the oath, wearing a uniform and giving your life for a cause. Otherwise I would suggest keeping your opinions about it to yourself.

I think if every American had to serve for 2 yrs, they would have a whole different perspective of the world we live in. There are not many American servicemen that are aginst the war. Some, but not alot. Do they want to be in harms way? No. But they will do what it takes to keep innocent people from being killed by a dictator. Standing by and watching innocent people die is not the solution. Democrats want you to believe it is, but they live in their own little world. We just happen to be apart of it.

You should be able to support the war if you have confidence in the way it is run. Since we have the upper hand with planes, weapons etc. it should be run better. It is ok to be a coward if you do not believe in the people running it.

You can still serve your country at home. By donating to the USO. By buying U.S. savings bonds and US treasury bills. By not wasting our resources-- reuse paper as scratch paper before throwing it away. Don't waste hot water-- wash your hands and clothes with cold water. Turn off the tv if you're not watching it. Turn on only one light in the room. "Bundle your errands"-- don't use all that gas just to go to one store. Don't laugh-- during WW1 they said "When you ride alone, you're riding with the Kaiser" In WW2, they said--"Adolf Hitler wants you to waste office supplies."

I guess so.
I used to think that the war was was launched to catch Bin Laden.
Now, the war seems to be taking place for totally different reasons. It seems like whatever reason we are there now, was not the reason we were there to begin with. It is my opinion that this war is not for America.
America First.
