I have repeatedly been pulled over for simple speeding like 62 in a 55, 74 in a 65 never over 80 was I given a ticket. All for passing Inexpierenced drivers or ignorant ones at that on the Open Interstates. Initially, I lost my license for that, and when I was pulled over and informed of the loss of license the cop took my license, said he was turning them in and he retired, with my license dumped off in the trash can. I served the time, but got NO CREDIT for it. Then, pulled over again. Burnt. Driving under Suspension. After this point it doesn't matter what you have done as your driving without a license. I was pulled over for an Air Freshner hanging on the rear view. All cause either I was late, TRAFFIC CONTROL and SPEED WAS POOR, just passing someone to get out of there thoughts... It all has become BS Now. Now Fight or Flight comes into play as I Attemt to Elude them always. So now, should I fight for my rights of Security for the Family, or let them collect money on me

First you were speeding. Then you were driving without a license. These two things are against the law. It sounds like you do this frequently.
Maybe next time you get a license back, buy a car that does not go above 55 MPH and with Cruise control! :o)
Well, I hope you enjoy walking and using public transportation!

1) in all instances you were speeding and speeding. That's why they pulled you over. YOU were a danger on the road
2) Passing inexperience drivers? OR drivers who know that speeding is a crime? if you're in such a hurry, leave 30 minutes earlier.
3) good that you lost your license. people like you need to be taken off the road as you are danger behind the wheel. Wish they would make it permanent, DRIVING is a priviledge, not a right
4) you continuing to drive without a license, proves you are a moron
5) people like you should be forced to stand outside of City Hall with a huge sign saying "IM and IDIOT FOR SPEEDING AND DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE"
You have no rights, when it comes to driving. ITs a priviledge. When a priviledge is abused, that priviledge is taken away.

I'm not sure what you're asking professor. I guess the answer is that driving is a privilege, not a right. If you cannot obey the traffic laws, it stands to reason you should lose that privilege.
Be a big boy, pull over, and take what's coming to you. If you decide to involve your kids in a pursuit, maybe you're not smart enough to have children.

What "rights of Security" are you talking about? There's no such right in the Constitution. It sounds to me like you're selfish, immature and attempting to rationalize your bad behavior.
Hire a lawyer and take care of your business. In the future, don't break the law if you can't be bothered to pay the penalties.

It always amazes me how people manage to blame the police for the choices they have made. If you don't want the officer to take you away from your kids, DON'T DRIVE UNTIL YOU GET YOUR LICENCE BACK. It doesn't get any more simple than that.
It never ceases to amaze me when I pull people over and arrest them for DUI or suspended drive and they tell me---I'M-- (I wish YA had underlining) ruining their lives.
You were passing someone to "get out of their thoughts"? Hmmm... maybe a little counselling would help.

Quit trying to blame others for your speeding. You were the one who broke the law, so stand up and be a man. Pay the fines.

Just slow down. If your family was that important to you, you would slow down and drive like the law wants you to. I really can't tell you how lame you are and what little I think about you as a man.

Since you freely admit that you did all of these things, why not step up, be a man, and pay what you owe.
Oh, and slow down. Leave earlier if you have to. Save yourself some trouble.

Jebus, this is a random and hard to follow story. If you drive like you type, then maybe you shouldn't have a license.
