Does anyone know how to help me get my husband (married 15 years) out of jail? I.N.S. picked him up a month ago.He is a good man never commited a crime in his life and has supported me our daughter and my 4 children from a previous marriage.We have a lawyer and she stopped his deportation but he still sits in jail waiting a court date..While we at home our losing everything. He was approved for an I 130 but we never got notice to go to court and so that lead for the deportation in 1995 we didnt find out till 2003 that there was an order for deportation( We got another lawyer) and I dont think she is moving our case very fast at all..I would like to have him home with us ..we did all the proper things that we had to do...the case has a motion to reopen and he is eligible for 245i relief under the LIFE (Legal Immagration and Family Equity Act) of 2001 Does anyone know what that means??(My 1st husband for 5 years(white American)( ,abused me )..My husband now is a wonderful man to me

...Or should they follow the Iraq Study Group plan to appropriate more money to the Pentagon in order to indefinitely keep the troops there for the purpose of privatizing Iraq oil. This would mean that the "combat" troops would be redeployed into permanent Iraq bases with other missions so that international oil companies can buy it.

Consider that US voters want the troops to come home and that the troops have been there through several cycles...and are exhausted.

Consider also that the oil reserves in the US are said to be low, even though the industry has made what people call obscene profits $9 billion, with no real investigation by Congress.
