There are two kinds of communists. Big government communists and small government communists. The small government kind often call themselves anarcho-communists or simply anarchists.
The main difference between the big government kind and the small government kind is over how decisions are made. Anarchists favor decentralized decision making - that is (assuming democracy) instead of everyone in a nation voting on something, individual communities vote instead. If the decision primarily affects only one person, anarchists would say only that one person gets to make the decision.
Big government communists would probably have a national department of the economy, in which major economic decisions are planned for everyone. Anarchists would not have such a department - instead, corporate decisions would be made by either an assembly of employees in each independent company, or by an assembly of the people in the communities the company serves.

both are idealistic fashions for society. Anarchism thinks that eliminating all authorities will leave human beings to stay at the same time in peace and team spirit without regulations and no issues. Communism believes in the supremacy of the state to rigidity each human being to stay at the same time in peace and team spirit. now and again communists and anarchists paintings at the same time in hardship-free reason even even with the truth that they search for various ends.

You already have the resources at your finger tips . Reference Webster for a definition .How ever the implementation of both is similar to our republic . You can never be quite sure what is going to be the outcome .
In theory and concept both provide a model that is beneficial to the masses it is the practice that fails to meet the needs of the people due to our inherent greed and hoarding .
