The US should try better to be morally superior because their military has been behaving as a terrorist. Be careful using that term. The British today have OFFICIALLY abandoned using that term because their leaders say it inflames public opinion in the wrong way.
"Terrorist" is only a propaganda term used by the most heinous leaders in history-- from Hitler against the Jews to Joe McCarthy against the communists to Peter Botha (South African Apartheid supporter) against the native blacks. The word is pulled out when leaders want people to follow fascist plans.
Beware.

The word 'terrorist' has become synonymous with 'enemy'. So really the question is "Should the U.S. be morally superior to enemies?"
The U.S. claims to be a moral country. So show some of it.

Yes, when we stoop to torture we have become them. There is such a thing as right and wrong and my vision of America is one which is doing the right thing. Something we have not done under the leadership of George W. Bush.
