You can't join the navy, period.

It depends on how bad the hearing disability is. Talk with the Navy recruiter and with doctor at the military entrance station. Depending on how much hearing loss you have you can join the Navy with a waiver. Being in the SEALs is a different story they want 100% physical passing rate.

no, disabilities will limit you even in the navy, you cant hear out of one ear you might not hear something that could cause an accident, sorry
