I know this has been asked but its all closed to new answers. Anyway, I believe, being Christian, the death penalty is wrong. Yes, they may have killed someone themselves, but it doesn't mean they deserve to die. Surely that would mean the person who killed that person would then have to be killed? I think abortion is wrong too. Life starts when a child is concieved, not born. Having an abortion is like killing a child. I believe its a selfish thing to do, and if the mother does not want the baby, she should give it up for adoption.

Hi all, another question :)

What age do I need to be able to fly alone from England into America? I thought 17 was a legal age.
Also, to use the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), do I need to be a certain age to use that too? And if so, what?

Do I need parents consent? etc

Thank you very much again

Let’s say you were charged with a robbery you did not commit. What would make you take the witness stand in your own defense, and what would keep you off the witness stand?

If you told your spouse that you were out of money and would do almost anything to get enough for your family. Then you were wrongly accused of robbery. Do you think your spouse should be made to take the witness stand and testify against you?

Hollowpoint bullets are bullets with a shallow hole at the tip. When the bullet strikes the target, it peels back and creates more damage and more stopping power. Currently NATO has banned the use of hollowpoint bullets in the military. (however the use of bombs strapped to kill innocent people has not been addressed by neither NATO nor the UN)

If you were denied privileges that were given (and has always been given) to other people with the same sentence, can you sue the probation officer/correctional officers for discrimination?

My brother is in a work-release program. Everyone else is able to have personal visits after 30 days, regardless of the length of their sentence. He was told, that he has to wait 120 days (1/2 time) before he can have personal visits. And this is "standard" policy. But this "standard" policy doesn't seem to apply for other people, regardless of whether their sentences are shorter or longer.

Does he have a case for discrimination or unfair treatment? Should he file it now or wait until he gets out? What should he do?
