Why should a lot people that are business person that are successful work 60 to 80 hour weeks be the wage of a low skill worker, and have stressful jobs that the average would burn out the first day working. Its a bad logical argument to make about minimum wage. I was a owners of a company would I pay myself less than my own workers if put up the money, equipment, capital to start a business provide jobs for people.

If you owned a business, you'd understand. Businesses exist for one reason: to make money. They do this by offering goods and/or services that people are willing to pay for and keep coming back to pay for. The more profit they make, the more they can invest in the business, or increase their standard of living.
Payroll and salary are always subject to what people are willing to be paid. If someone has skills that are in demand, the business owner has to be able to make it worth their while to stay, because if they don't, someone else will steal them, and now that worker is the competition.
Most minimum wage workers are teenagers or have no real job skills (or they'd be working somewhere else) and as such, minimum wage salaries aren't designed to be 'living wages'. Basically, if you're in your 20's or older and still making minimum wage, the issue isn't with the wage amount, but why you can't get other than entry-level work.

If you want to earn more you have to be more important to your employer. minimum wage earners are for the most part unskilled. I never liked the government stepping in and raising the minimum wage. that should be up to the employer. But that's another subject. If you don't think you are being treated fair you always have the freedom of choice to go somewhere else or get some learning. That's just how it is.

Page 3 and 4 will answer your question.
Small business drives this economy and I pay more than minimum wage for unskilled and limited skilled labor. How many people saying it is greed, own their own business? There are many obstacles, in the form of extra time, risk, government bureaucracy, insurance, no benefits, etc. when you start your own business. And I got here by busting ***, working for less then than what I pay my help now, being professional. So now I get to reap the rewards. It is called delayed gratification.

Just how many minimum wage employees do you know? I don't know anyone who works for minimum wage. I think that as long as America bills itself as a free marketplace, the whole minimum wage thing should be abolished and the marketplace should set the wage.

It's because most of them are basically greedy and fairly heartless.
If the owner of a large company is making 14 million a year profit for example and paying most of his lower level workers minimum wage or close to it and he knows they are unhappy and under paid you would think he would pay them more and only make 13 million.
That way he would have a happier work force who respected him and would probably work even harder and produce more.
Sadly you do not see this very often and probably never will.

Business people are attracted to business because they are acquisitive (greedy) by nature. They will always try to rationalize getting more for themselves, at anyone's expense. If they didn't, they would not make very "good" businesspeople.
Yet business is just business; this isn't a moral judgment. Depending on your values, you might or might not decide that capitalism really does suck. What's sad is, not many even ask the question you ask. They simply take it (greed) for granted.

Just what makes you think that taking away from the rich will make the poor better off? It simply does not work, they will just come back looking for more.

These owners make their money off the blood and sweat of others. Their true goal is to see how much they can get for nothing. My thinking is that if you can't operate a business without resorting to slavery, then do something else. Greed takes over their lives. Best of luck to you!!
