i am now going to file for divorce. Once my 2 years are up, what are some legal alternative to finalize my citizenship here.

I have been living in the United States for 15 years and am 20 years old. I go to school full-time and work full-time and my 2 sisters are american citizens.

Alternatives?

I really dont wanna have to stay with an abusive husband just because of papers!!

You all know that the guy who wrote that opinion piece in the Wash Post ALSO is a reporter that is feeding you and Liberal Washingtonians regular news stories as though they are the truth.

Post election reviews showed conclusively that it was the Democrats that tried to steal the election by barring active duty and overseas military members from voting. When those votes were factored in, there was no reason for a recall vote. I have trouble understanding how a discredited theory can keep popping up.

this doesn't look like partisanship by the Left...actually looks selfless of the Democratic leadership to me. this minister actually is moderate, has written a book blaming Left and Right, is about protecting our way of life above politics, and is the spokesman at this, post election point...seeking a healing of the nation.

You may say it is giving victory to the terrorists. Not many people know that a ton of governments have negotiated with terrorists in history behind the scenes, but the won't publicy state that. But you know what? I think, like a lot of people, that we are heading towards the End of The World. I know it sounds paranoind, but look in the Middle East. Crazy Iranian leader is building nuclear warheads to fire at Israel and North Korea is already possesing powerful weapons that could be used against the US, and we are screwed in Iraq. I see an imminent nuclear war, and so do many people, and not just paranoids or psychics. If the Middle East had a Palestinian State, what would they be fighting for? What is to lose by creating a Palestinian State? I would still support Israel, but I would attempt to work with leaders around the world to create a Palestinian State. Hey, conditions wouldn't get any worse. Please just state why I'm wrong or right and don't be rude. This is what I believe.

According to recent ledgistation, I thought that Habeas Corpus could be suspended for non-U.S. Citezens, only.

A political savvy friend of mine says, otherwise.

According to her, a U.S. citizen can have his/her Habeas Corpus rights suspended, also. Is this true?

If an individual were to use one of these substances while in active duty which one(s) would be most likely to not make your urine hot (pass the test or the substance not being tested for). Any info about one or all these substances in relation to the DoD tests would be appreciated. I tried to research myself but a veteran or person serving would probably know more to help me out with this question. Thanks for everyone's time!

Here ya go, we could put a real stop to illegal immigration, 50 US citizens to go across the boarder ( of course we would use water craft, crossing the river so we dont get wet) bringing basic lumber and nails. We set up camp, we begin living there. We cross back and forth building more and more. More of us continue to do this, I really want to know what would happen?

1 Would the Mexican army show up and try and kick us out.

2 We stay building a second America, take over the land, defend it be willing to die for it.

What would happen?

I would bet the Mexican army would show up and it would be a fight.

Dont build a fence, build a bridge, so we could cross (and not get wet)

We could show the people here how inequitable our immigration policy is. I would go, would you? Let me know what you think about this.

Jesus. We should stop Blaming Bush for every single thing that happens in the Middle East. If I was President, I would have a hard time figuring out how to solve the problems over there. You can't negotiate with terrorists, because they never listen and it would make us look like cowards. We are combating them, which is the only thing to do, and we are losing so many people. If you were President, what would you do? What would be your stance on Israel?

My dad came to the us in the 80's as an illegaimmigrant from mexico! he became a us citizen in 1996 and brought us over here with him. So far this country gave me so much that i decided to give something back by joining the Army. I cannot stand those people when they go bad-mouthing Mexicans cause we too are willing to die for this beautiful country. God Bless America! Land of the FREE.

I mean, look at it like this. Professional jobs are being increased all the time aren’t they? And let's not even talk about the insane CEO wage increase going throughout the country. What has their wage been raised by, 3000% in the last 10 years? Are you telling me that don’t make inflation go up? Lastly inflation will go up whether or not you raise minimum wage! So ask yourself, do you want to force desperate father and mother onto the street and into crime because they can't pay for themselves let alone their families? Sure they could go to college... HOW? WITH WHAT MONEY? Does it really seem colleges are trying to help poor get in? And do we not have to have our basic workers no matter how educated everyone may get? We must have our Janitor and our Garbage men and our Babysitters, no question about it. So do we take a big dumb on those who are fundamental to our society? Let me tell you one thing, if I had a family to support..Mistake or not and I made 6 an hour. Crime!
