According to recent ledgistation, I thought that Habeas Corpus could be suspended for non-U.S. Citezens, only.

A political savvy friend of mine says, otherwise.

According to her, a U.S. citizen can have his/her Habeas Corpus rights suspended, also. Is this true?

According to the Consitution, the Writ of Habeas Corpus MAY be suspended "in cases of invasion or rebellion, when the public safety may demand it..." Therefore, it IS possible, but it is not illegal/unconstitutional.
