Actually I would hope the would change the media laws back the way they were, you see at the end of Reagan term, he signed what they called the (Fair Media Act) which actually wasn't fair, It used to be BOTH parties were required by law to have equal amount of time on TV, Its all part of the Checks and Balances Theory, Well Ronny Changed that, But Then Bush Jr Changed the media ownership laws, Laws that were put into place again for fairness, so each party could only own the equal amount of media in the same area, We all know that if we are only hearing one side of things, we are not hearing the entire thing. You can not have either side control the media, the right or Left. Normally the Extreme right will Cancell the Extreme left and we balance in the middle, now look at the last 5 or 6 years since all balance has gone to hell,
The last 5 years the Neocons have controlled the Presidency's, the House, The Senate, and the Supreme Court, we have record high forclosures, record high inflation, record high cost of living, Housing prices going down for the first time in 50 years, the worse job creation record in the history of the USA besides hoover, lower job wages, record deficits, more jobs shipped overseas in the last 5 years than the last 50 total, I can go on and on and on, they can not say one thing on what they have done right for the country and we have not even started talking about the War and the deaths, We need to get back to the nalance of power and if that takes the Democrats running things to the left side for 5 or 6 years, to get the balanced so be it

They're already trying to revive a set or regulations called "The Fairness Doctrine" which would require equal time for the liberal counterparts to popular conservative hosts like Limbaugh and Hannity. Meaning if a station carries Limbaugh they must also carry an Al Franken or some equivalent.
Never mind the fact that no liberal radio commentator has managed even 1 tenth of the ratings success that conservative hosts achieve.
The Fairness Doctrine could conceivably bring an end to talk radio. Stations will abandon the format rather than lose money with boring liberal shows.
Limbaugh, Hannity and others would simply migrate to satellite radio and make millions for XM ad Sirius. No problem.

Conservative radio. Much easier target. The easier the target the more attention the easier the legislative process. Porn....ummm has a few tough hurdles....like congress likes that stuff.....there is revenue involved.

I am sure that both are so low on the list that they will not be considered as a major piece of legislation. There are much more important items then those two.

Neither. They will outlaw redneck conservatives from being able to vote. Oh, I'm sorry. That's an oxymoron.
