I purchased a food processor via an auction in ebay, which was described BNIB(brand new in box) and its condition was described as NEW. I received the item minus 2 of the standard accessories (circular blades). I am thinking of taking ebay and paypal to the small claims court for being an agent to selling goods not as described.

I was on a private road just cruzing and I got stopped by a police officer. He pulled me over and asked me if I was with the other guys. I don't know who the "other guys" are and I said no and told him I didn't know who he was talking about and I was just driving down the road.

He then asked me if I minded if he searched my car. I politely told him that I would mind and that I do not consent to a search. He then said, "to bad, your on private property". He made me get out of my car and proceeded to search my car.

Since I was honestly just checking out the road, the search came out clean. He then told me that I could get going and reminded me the road was private.

I was just wondering. Was his actions proper and legal or did I really have the right to deny the search?

I know English is not the official language or maybe someone can prove me wrong. Wasn't our Constitution written in English and other important documents? I am asking this question because of everything that is sold in stores which has English instructions and Spanish instructions. It also bothers me when I go to a store and the cashier speaks to me in Spanish and does not speak English. What gives? I am pro LEGAL immigration and anti ILLEGAL immigration. Say no to amnesty and deport all the illegal INFIDELS!

Sorry if I offend anyone, it’s a touchy issue.

some ppl say i have some say i havent..i just want the truth because im confused.

If you have taken something from a store and get caught and they take your details and call your mum to pick you up..does that mean you've got a criminal record or will they tell you if you have got one?


by the way none of u know the story becoz i did not actually steal it..u dont know the story so dnt judge me.


i havent been 2 court and the police didnt take me..ive never done anthing bad in my life

my partner is a mental patient and i slapped his leg and bum cos he was getting out of control as his become addicted to drugs, last year he had me in court and now im on 12months good behaviour now his saying he can put me in prision for trying to bring his violent temper down against me and my young son, can i go to prision for this.
