gee, I'd have to ask my mother how she would feel if i went back to where i came from. a true American is a true mutt, they have all nationality's in them. that would be hard, my dad is past away. he wouldn't be able to take the sperm back. i think my mom would be very uncomfortable if i went back to where i came from. ya she would.
happy Thanksgiving. love the banana pudding.

The answer is life would be different because all of us impact the lives of others in different ways. It would be almost impossible to know the answer to this question unless you could go back in time and make different choices as you progress through life. Even then you will still be presented with many choices each of which will most probably impact the end result differently.

However, if you were not referring to that question from an immigration point of view but rather from the womb (where everyone came from originally) then I would say life would be non-existant where we are concerned unless we evolved in another form. Think of it, if you went back to your parents womb and they went back to their parent's etc then the whole line of humans would be swallowed up. ;)

It is easy to speculate on how things will be different but knowing what the outcome will be is not possible. All we can be certain of is that things will be different.

If we all go back to where our ancestors came from then we might all find ourselves back in the Garden of Eden or swimming in the premordial soup from which all life has evolved, if there even ever was a beginning to it. What about those of us who have great grandparents who come from 8 different places, which is the case for most people in the world? What if I am 1/8th German, 1/8th Irish, 1/8th Spanish, 1/8th Navajo, 1/8th Egyptian, 1/16th Japanese, 1/16th Brazilian, 1/8 Czech, and 1/8 Jamaican? Where should I return to? What if my Jamaican 1/8th is half British and half from some part of Africa that used to be the Congo, but is now some other country? What if my 1/8th Czech self was part of Czechoslovakia, but is now part of Slovakia and not Czech Republic? What if my Irish great grandfather was from Southern Ireland, but his parents were from London? Where should I go?

The North American, Central American and the South American continents would be empty as it has been proved that the first immigrants to this country came from Asia over the Bering Straight land bridge about 12 000 years ago.

You mean if everyone who is not a Native American left the U.S.?

Hmmm. I would still be here so I would probably start looking for a nice abandoned house with a garden and pool. Then I would enjoy the quiet. LOL

Oh, wait, what about people who don't have just one ethnic group in their family tree? Do we cut them up and send the parts? If so, I think at least a limb of mine would have to get shipped out.

What would happen to my Norwegian-French-Scottish-
English-German-Mohawk Indian niece? That's a tough call.

America more like than not, will get into more wars defending the downtrodden people's of dictatorship countries (and the like), because perhaps there will FINALLY be enough PEOPLE in their own countries who will BEG for help in changing and bettering their OWN nations, instead of invading ours!
I was born, raised, and bred an American, but, if you mean ansestor's of American's, you'd have to slice me in pieces, but part of my body will get to stay in America, since my family dates back to before the Mayflower, I am 1/4 Cherokee American Indian. I guess that means my heart gets to stay! LOL

The South would belong to Southerners again. There are actually towns that are now nicknamed Little New York.
What if you are Irish, German, Welsh, and American Indian?

LOL.. There wouldnt be any certain countries and Europe would be crowded. All the people from America returning to Europe or Africa, that's just funny.. All the people from the Carribean returning to Africa.. That is just weird.. There wouldnt be much Native Americans left in America since they got slaughtered for land by the Americans ancestors..

Do you mean Mt Ararat? I think that's where the ark is supposed to be... or do you mean all the way back to the garden of Eden? It's not for sure where that was, but I think somewhere in what is today called Iraq. .....Hey! Maybe that is what's going on. We're all going back to Iraq? Was that really what you meant?
