Of course you can be prosecuted. You have no expectation of privacy when in a public place and clearly visible (such as through a window). No expectation of privacy means no violation of privacy.

Yes you can be. No, it is not an invasion of privacy. You were driving on a PUBLIC ROAD. You gave up your privacy. Yes you can be prosecuted, and yes you will be if you don't pay your fine.

Thats the idea of this type of camera! if your face is clearly seen it proves beyond reasonable doubt that you were there, so yes you will be prosecuted and it is 99.9% certain you will lose.

Sure can. If you were breaking the law. As an example if OJ Simpson had been photographed killing his wife it wouldnt have been a violation of privacy, it would have been evidence of him committing a crime.

it is not a privacy invasion since you are on public roads ,
it is made for alot of people who try to evade tickets etc . it just shows that yes , you were on that road at that time etc .

If you're going too fast and you get caught you get prosecuted. I don't see how the clarity of the picture affects anything, other than proving beyond doubt that it was you.
