Within this decade, not likely. Yet, within a generation, based on immigration patterns allowed by European nations, and the prolific breeding patterns of Muslims (especially when compared to Europeans), then yes. It will be interesting to watch the 'social democracies' of Europe deal with it, as they are bred and voted out of existence. As all of their hard work and investments go into the wealth redistribution programs they now champion, and then are filtered away by the very political state they created, it will be laughable. They denounce the US, and its current actions, but they are a scant few years away.

That's a dumb question. A better one would have been why haven't they already fallen to the Muslims?

Now France's policy with the Muslim population has been assimilation. They gave up their colonies after WWII and since then been dishing out free French citizenship. A good portion of the population is second and third generation Muslims but they've been kicked to the curb of society while being told they're full French citizens with full rights. Such BS...

Now France has two options:

1) Kick out all Muslims or
2) Start treating them like they're citizens.

Either that, or there will be civil war. The numbers of Muslims is increasing, many are not assimilating, and acts of Muslim aggression against non-Muslims are increasing. Muslim aggression against other Muslims who assimilate culturally or leave Islam are also increasing. This, combined with the global Islamist movement intent upon setting up Islamic governments and Sharia law, will lead to cultural confrontation throughout Europe.
It is my hope that moderate Muslims will help maintain secular governments where they exist; secular government is best for religion, as evidenced by the flourishing religious life in the U.S.
