Hispanic newborn found discarded in dumpster

A woman looking through trash cans found a newborn boy with a bag over his head in a trash can in San Juan Capistrano, Calif., Tuesday. --- In addition to the bag over his head, the boy also had a trash bag tied into a knot around his neck, according to authorities. -- The baby, a Hispanic male, was apparently born full term. He weighs 6 pounds, 3 ounces and is 18 inches long.

[KNBC News reports that the infant was found by a 71-year-old dumpster diver who recently arrived from Mexico City.]

I heard that OHIP has some sort of agreement with the U.S. and that OHIP can be helpful if a Canadian, in my case, from Ontario were to get injured and need to visit a hospital in the states. Is this true? What would happen if the American hospital were to hear I was from Canada? Would I be charged more?

Seems people from quebec want desperately to seperate from Canada. Being a native in Canada, I say let them. Then, the government can do to them what they did to us. Invade them, conquer them, then take it back. Simple as that. What do you think

Politicians are supposed to represent the people's will. They aren't doing it. The majority of Americans do not want amnesty but special interest groups are getting their way with most issues.

What do you think the people will do if amnesty is given to illegals? Will they take action right away or passively wait for the next election?

it is causing a lot of problems, in the summer it takes out the light and in the winter, like now, it is causing root damage to my garden. Do the council have some kind of responsiblity to us as tax payers or do we have to keep claiming off our insurance and become difficult customers, causing our premiums to go up?

First Indians were pionting fingures towards Pakistan for training and arming Jihadis against India. Now even Afghans have started accusing Pakistan for the insurgents attack and now even the chief commander of NATO has gone on record for saying that Taliban are recruited organised and trained within Pakistani border. All most any terrorist attack in the world have links to Pakistan. Musharaff in an illegimate ruler who has no control over his people. The government is dominated by Mullahs who are legalising Taliban style laws in Pakistan. Pakistan is a failed state going from bad to verse. Should the world declare it as a terrorist state and impose sanctions?

I ask of you the following:

Put aside your hardened hatred for groups of people unlike yourself, drop your defensive walls you so aggressively defend, and briefly dismiss the background and environment you've grown up in.

Just answer this. If the closest people that matter to you most - your mother, father, brother, sister, friends, relatives - were killed as a result of careless gunfire, how would you react? Picture holding your loved ones dead bodies in your arms and knowing that you will never get to see them, talk to them, and tell them that you love them. How would you react?

the one and only reason they have the right to spew their venom about our men and women in the military or our country is because there are those who died to protect that freedom of speech. why are they not thankful instead of attacking those who continue to protect and defend our rights? if you think we don't need this protection any more look at many of the countries today who censor everything their people do from internet to television to magazines and you will see that most countries do not enjoy the same rights and privileges we have....why do you think so many are fleeing here for a better life ? i think these ppl who sit behind their computers disrespecting our soldiers and our country are nothing but cowards and losers and should stay hidden under the rocks they call home. now thats excersizing my right to free speech !

It is clear that certain Arab groups, with a clear self-interest, oppose the security fence, which was erected to prevent terrorist incursions into Israel.

Ramadan Shalah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad leader, has publicly admitted that Israel’s security fence is an important obstacle to the terrorist organizations, and that “if it weren’t there, the situation would be entirely different.” The Palestinian Islamic Jihad has carried out the greatest number of suicide bombing attacks during the past few years.

So wouldn't the best advice to Israel be to complete this security barrier?

Israel is doing its best to combat terrorism directed at Israeli civilians. The Arabs, on the other hand, target the Israeli women and children with their Qassam and Katyusha rockets.
