God help us all. I don't know how anyone thinks the US should leave the Iraqi people subject to that killing machine.

I read that 145 people died today.

I hope and pray God will help bring the peace, because the USA certainly can't. It's time for Bush and co. to reevaluate the situation in Iraq, and make some serious changes.

I am thankful today for all our brave soldiers in uniform that protect our freedom.

Thanksgiving Day; a soldier wondering if it will be his last, an Iraqi Mother trying to protect her children from the violence, a President sitting at his overflowing table, not giving a damn!

i know, i know... i saddened me so much to see soldiers talking to their families via satelite because it reminds me how bad this whole iraq thing is. we should have never gone there in the first place. iraqi people are influenced by the radicle muslims that live there, and those muslims hate our country, they hate our freedoms, and they hate ur democracy. and then we go over there and give them everything they hate about us. i mean come on!! are you trying to start wwiii!!!!!!

There is a civil war of bushco's doing in Iraq.

The opinions of all the Iraq Study Groups and pundits both large and small will be trumped the first time the people of Iraq breach a U.S. base and kill hundreds (thousands?) of U.S. personel.
Don't think it can't happen. It happened to former #1 world power England in the late 1800's in Africa.

Praying to the god of your choice won't chnage things.

We invaded them because of jr.'s lust for oil and we deserve what traditionally happens to invaders/thieves.

It's very sad news on Thanksgiving, but it's very sad every day of the week. I, too, am thankful for our troops and wish them home as soon as is feasibly possible. This country has given enough lives to Bush's war of lies.
