My divorce with my wife is pending. She is in India. As I am in US, I transferred 5K from her account as I knew her account password and have all cheques and credit/debit cards.

Now she is going to complain to Consulate in India. Will there be any serious problem may arise for me/ my visa/ green card?

The money which I withdrew from her account was given by me only. My fault is that I withdrew money and put that into my account and got her account blocked.

Please guide what could happen ? Should I deposit the amount again to her account? While disputes were on peak, she wrote me a mail saying that I can withdraw amount from her account as it is not her money. Will that email be a proof to save me ?

A FOX News special yesterday included a heated discussion on 9/11. The host of the program, Erich "Mancow" Muller, tried to portray his guest Kevin Smith--producer for the Alex Jones radio show-- as a backwoods conspiracy nut living in a shed.

Mancow used all the cliche straw man attacks to diminish the perception of 9/11 Truth, including naming the segment 'The Grassy Knoll,' asking Smith about Bigfoot, the Lockness monster and space aliens. However, Mancow could'nt refute any of Smith's information-- he could only restate his disbelief.

Smith brought up the fact that several of the alleged hijackers lived at the Pensacola, Florida Naval Air Station, according to addresses listed on their licenses and the fact that Mohammad Atta and others were trained at a base in Monterrey, California.

By JOHN HEILPRIN, Associated Press Writer
WASHINGTON - Americans would have to sign up for a new military draft after turning 18 if the incoming chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee has his way.

Charles Rangel D-N.Y., said Sunday he sees his idea as a way to deter politicians from launching wars and to bolster U.S. troop levels insufficient to cover potential future action in Iran,North Korea and Iraq.

"There's no question in my mind that this president and this administration would never have invaded Iraq, especially on the flimsy evidence that was presented to the Congress, if indeed we had a draft and members of Congress and the administration thought that their kids from their communities would be placed in harm's way," Rangel said.

Rangel, the next chairman of the House tax-writing committee, said he worried the military was being strained by its overseas commitments.

Ok the main problem in lots of citys over the U.K is neds running amok and generally being anti social little twats.

When they are caught doing crimes they always get crappy punishments like getting tagged or community service so wouldnt it make sense if that if your under 24 and your arrested more than twice you would be forced to do national service for say a mininmum of 6 months?

I thihnk this would force these dingbats to respect other people and where they live a lot more!

So are you with me?

Most voters polled say they want the troops out of Iraq......Wonder how those people that voted for the democrats to accomplish that feel about the draft coming back????? Now that the democrats have the majority they can over ride a Bush veto .....(remember him the one person that said he would not sign a draft into law)???
At least the democrats can be happy about their majority now!!!

U.S. Rep. Charles Rangel (the incoming chairman of the House of Representatives' tax-writing committee, said he would introduce legislation to reinstate the draft as soon as the new, Democratic-controlled Congress convenes in January.

Asked on CBS' "Face the Nation" if he was still serious about the proposal for a universal draft he raised a couple of years ago, he said, "You bet your life. Underscore serious."

"I don't see how anyone can support the war and not support the draft. I think to do so is hypocritical," Rangel said.

Many UK companies are employing workers from other EU countries because they say they cannot find suitably skilled staff after trying to recruit from within the country, i use engineering as one example where school leavers are said to be lacking in the basic skills to be considerd for employment,if this is true then what has the government really done for education other than impose un-workable and silly targets for school staff and failed future generations with their control freakery methods which have never worked ( look at the state of the health service ).
I have nothing against employing immigrant labour if they can fill the ever widening skills gap and do the work some of us British refuse to do but why has this happened in the first place when Blair promised such wonderfull things and yet has not really delivered,is he really just a man of empty and meaningless words?

I was so concerned that I explained my feelings to her parents...my parents and also her school head mistress.

When we got engaged (she was 16 and still at school), I was *invited* to a meeting with the head mistress. I was subjected to a very strong interrogation, the outcome of which was suportive.

We married when she was 17. I had to get special compensation from the registry office and church to do this To comply with the laws at the time her father allowed her to be my ward until her 18th birthday.

We have now been very happily married for 34 years; have 2 children and 3 grand children.

Does this make me a paedophile??

I do think that these matters are best handled (where possible) by the peers that suround the individual case.

After all. we were both teenagers and in love.

Therefore, what say you; government ministers, judges, social workers and legal experts??
