I live in IL. I feel I was forced into having my boyfriend removed from my home by my x-husband and friend. I feel i was forced into getting an emergancy order of protection because my 18 year old who lives with me told some lies and my son just did not like him.

You can go back to the court that issued the order and request that it be dismissed. They will make you pay the court costs of dismissing the order.
However, if you had justification to get a protection order, it will be a mistake to have it dismissed. It sounds like you have too many men in your live trying to make your decisions for you.
Perhaps you might want to learn how to make your own decisions and quit being a victim.
Any man that hits you doesn't deserve to be with you. No second chances after physical violence.
