well you see, my friend brought the ps3 the other day. we decided to walk around the neighborhood w/ the ps3 box and see if anyone would come and try to rob us. we filled the empty ps3 box w/ rocks and peanuts so it seems like theres a ps3 in the box. Me and my friend walked down the streets w/ the ps3 box, then out of no where two kids came from behind us, and i got hit hard in the back and i fell to the ground. when i got back up i see one kid running away w/ the PS3 box and my friend was beating the crap out of the other kid. i started beating him up too. we were laughing because that kid ran w/ the ps3 box thinking he has just got him self a playstation3, while leaving his friend behind. so he ditched his friend, while we beat the crap out of him and thinks he just stole my friends ps3. wish i was there to see his face when he opens the box and finds only rocks in the box instead of the ps3 lolll. think again when trying to rob ppl's stuff.

I pose this question because the US Constituion says nothing about 'democracy'. Also, the famous words of Ben Franklin, "above all a republic" still ring in our ears today.

As can be expected from our Liberal brethren, a senior member of the incoming, democratically controlled, congress is calling for a military draft to be instated.

I, for one, distinctively remember the Dems using the prospect of a draft as ammo in the 2004 presidential race. Seeing this new development, I am actually shocked with myself for not noticing the absence of such rhetoric during the 2006 congressional elections. We now see why. But, I must say that I do believe that every male citizen of the U.S. should be required to serve in the military for at least 2 years. I believe this would give today’s youth a better sense of responsibility and pride in their nationality. My question is this. First, what are your thoughts on required military service? Second, what are your thoughts on this newly proposed draft? And third, how do both make you feel?

I believe that President Clinton was a good president and people calling him an idiot was unfounded and the strong hatred that I thought was reserved only for OJ Simpson seemed to be stirred for no reason. Many people who expressed open hatred for him gave a vague answer that basically says "I have my reasons" or "He is an idiot" without any solid proof or incidents (Pre-Lewinski). Whats the damn deal with Bill Clinton and mainstream America. He is still recieved warmly so he wasn't that bad a guy. He is the most popular democrat on earth right now. So..... Something's missing here.

I have a new red Eclipse Spyder and it looks great. But it looks ugly to put a license plate on the front bumper of that beautiful car. I drove my Ford Mustang for a year without a front plate and never got stopped. The law says you have to have one, but I see many people driving without them. Do the police in Texas ever enforce it?

Footnote: This is a stupid law. I think I may run for Lt. Governor on the platform that I will have it repealed. I will probably win.

A good portion of Americans enjoy smoking marijuana occasionally to casually. Yes, I agree that it can be overdone and some people do that, but so can alcohol. And MANY people overdo alcohol. BUT, marijuana is not physically habit-forming nor does it cause the mental anguish that alcohol can cause. So what's the big deal with the pot?

Not that it will make ANY difference to him, but does anyone think that if one addresses a letter to Bush @ the white house, that he will actually get to read it??? Should we write it to our congress-person, and then ASK if it would be shown to him??? I need to do a little venting as a young American, and would prefer that it get directly to the source.
