When we were kids we weren't allowed to hang around when the adults were talking. I really didn't care, because I would rather play than listen to them anyway.

Yes. Kids talk politics with the adults at my family gatherings. Actually, we talk about anything at all. Why shouldn't it be allowed?

Thanks to the fact that my parents not only ALLOWED it they encouraged it, I grew up with a brain and know how to use it. Unlike the the Xbox generation that wastes it's life away playing games and sitting on it's butt....This is precisely WHY so many of the younger generation is so Liberal slanted, because the Libs tell their supporters what they want to hear, and what to do when...that takes all the effort out of it for the new generation Left which is exactly what they want because they know no better way....

Yahoo doesn't have to serve nanny function and it's up to parents who don't want their children around political conversations to make sure they are not exposed to them.
