They were allowed to enter as workpeople, and they do the works that nobody wants to do.

Yes they are. People will say that they are ignorant about the law, but if they were really ignorant about the law, then they would not be "sneaking" over here.
They would go to a normal border crossing and go up to a Federale and say "Excuse me sir, I wish to pass" "I plan on going into Gringo land and raping them for everything I can"
