Does the fact that the eldest child in a family gets more child tax credit than their siblings breach the new anti-ageism laws?

Doesn't giving Child tax Credits only to children breach the new anti ageism laws?
Shouldn't everybody or nobody receive tax credits?

he eldest child does not get more tax credits, do you mean child benefit?? that money is for you to bring them up not for them as such anyway, the whole child tax credits and benefits are a load of xxxx anyway!!! the government have messed up big time with the child tax credits.............

Children don't pay the tax or get the benefit of the tax credit, so how could they be discriminated against here?

No, because the money isn't paid to the child, but to the parents, to apply towards the cost of bringing the child up.

no because the ageism laws only apply in the line of employment.
