Lets say a person is on trial for murder. That person claims that it was an accident and there is no motive. If you were on the jury how would you want that person to be charged?
Yes I know you always need more details, go with this and let your mind ponder the circumstances.

Rules: do not consider legality or illegality as a guideline, or the Bible or any other religious texts as sources.

Okay ...here's an example of what I was thinking.

So, I really wanted to download a free, illegal copy of a Paul McCartney song. However, if I had paid for the download, then Michael Jackson (who owns a lot of Beatles songs) might have made the money and used it to evade the law. If Paul McCartney owned the song, the money might have gone to help him fight his divorce and alleged wife abuse.

I know both parties are innocent in the eyes of the law and that downloading is illegal,

After thinking about the election results and what alot of Dems stand for, it actually really worries me about who has taken Congress. I feel they voted out the Republicans to punish them, but didn't think about who they were voting in. They seem to have forgotten 9/11, see terrorism as no longer a threat, want to raise taxes (which directly coorelates with inflation), go headstrong against the Republicans to gridlock the government and further divide us as a nation for the sole purpose of gloating and arrogance instead of taking a win and using it to try their way of helping America. Does it worry any other conservatives about where our country may be led?

If someone died without an autopsy being done, but they were embalmed, and that death is suspicious by family members, but yet the ME stated the person died of a massive heart attack, even without an autopsy, how hard is it to prove if the remains were to be exhumed ? Or is it possible to know the actual cause of death even after months later, or do human remains decompose and it's too late to be exhumed? What is involved in all this, and what are the costs to do this?

- An innocent man is wrongly sentenced to death row for a crime he didn't commit. While in prison, he kills another man out of anger. The State later finds out that he didn't commit the crime he was sentenced to prison for.

- Question: Would he be found guilty or innocent of killing the other man in prison? He did kill the man, but then again, he wouldn't have killed him if the state hadn't put him in that position.

Everybody knows about criminal protection programs where people get deals in exchange for information. This guy died certified by a doctor that lives in another state. In the funeral the couffin was sealed. A couple days ago Keneth Lay sentencing was dismissed by a judge. Just before the congress was able to aprove laws for the prosecution of its goods and punitive damages. I GUESS IT PAYS TO BE FRIENDS WITH EL PRESIDENTE.

My husband is getting out Dec.17th or is taking his terminal leave, and was told by a former battle buddy that they can't put you on special duties like CQ within 30days of your leave. Is this true if so wher can I find the regulation that states it? I've looked every where.
