i guess that depends on the type of party you are speaking of..political=more then three i,m sure..:I and the next qustion..adult or child as there are different agendas for both..............i would say most answers will be :to wish one a happy day,give gifts to show affection of said person,and to celebrate with others, have a good one which ever it be!!

II'll take it you mean POLITICAL parties. I don't know why everyone else thinks you mean fun kind of parties; this is posted in 'politics and government'.
1) Form a coalition
2) get a charismatic leader
3) get voters to support you.
