he feels sorry that you're french

I can't really say how he exactly feels but I wonder what he might be thinking. He was able to pass all sorts of legislation with a Republican Congress. Now, he's going to have to work with the Democrats, hopefully there will be more of a balance of power with all the issues starting next year. Also, I don't understand why some of the other answers or mostly comments to your question are so rude and ignorant? It's unfortunate.

I would HOPE you only have French ancestors and were born and raised in America.

If not, I'd love to see you go back home, unless you're looking for a fight. If that's true, you WILL find your fight as long as you go on bragging about being French. If you're just posting from France, please do us all a favor and STAY THERE!!

As you can see, the French are not favored in America. The French brought this on themsleves with their arrogance and their ungratefulness.

If you don't wish ol' GW well, you'd best just keep quiet then. Nothing unites Anglos like our general annoyance of all things French. It may be the one thing that the Republicans and Dems can agree on. Go stuff your gob with some poutine, Jacques.

I'm French too.

Sadly, the french used to be allies. Of course, that was when they needed OUR help. You're welcome.

See the French were right, and the Americans were wrong....typical, but no American would admit it.

He probably feels great. He has another two years of absolute power. Nobody can touch him for his failures.
