Everybody knows about criminal protection programs where people get deals in exchange for information. This guy died certified by a doctor that lives in another state. In the funeral the couffin was sealed. A couple days ago Keneth Lay sentencing was dismissed by a judge. Just before the congress was able to aprove laws for the prosecution of its goods and punitive damages. I GUESS IT PAYS TO BE FRIENDS WITH EL PRESIDENTE.

Kenneth lay death is a great conicidence. The guy died to get pardoned for all its crimes. Great Scheme it looks just out of the mind of a lawyer. A lot of people dont think that Lay is really dead. I find hard to belive it my self. They will have to exumate his cadaver and perform some DNA test. There is a lot of people that was afected BY ENRON misdeeds. I think his family owes that to them. Wether that really will happen I think is far from reality. But the more people is aware of this supposed death maybe makes it easier to spot him. I doubt he is in America. He probably moved to a nice retirement area. The world is big enough for that.

We have all the reasons in the world to doubt it. It was incredible timing since he was pretty much assured of spending the rest of his life in prison, so he might have found a way to disappear somehow. And don't forget the ties with Cheney and Bush ... it is possible they gave him a hand to make sure he doesn't speak of anything once he's behind bar. Those are hypothesis based on no clear facts, but the way those people are, pushes you to always doubt. And as someone else mentioned before, you cannot trust the mainstream media.
