Walgreens filled a medication in your name but had the worng medicine in it. This happened to a patient of mine, but I always find that as long as no wrong occurred then nothing happens. My patient seemed fine despite taking the wrong medicines for the last three weeks. Serious answeres please .

i called my daughter to pick me up from club,at the door they said go get her, we all went to jail, her 18, for being in there, me , for contributing. i did not let her in. her case was dismissed today, but prosecuters said they wanted a conviction, and arrested her right there in court, under a different code,and had her sign a bond all in 5 minutes. how can this happen.. decatur city, will get a lawsuit .is this not considered double jepordy. once the case was throwed out, would there not have to be another incident, dismissal was based upon wrongful filing by prosecution, what do i do

this is my first offense, and they have classified it as a class h felony, which is pretty much the bottom of the chart.....it was receiving money under false pretenses. I was told my bail would b 1,000-5,000......need to know what it would be more than likely, so i will have the money together for it. If you can not help me, please don't post n e rude answers! to us as americans to have to fill out paper work after paper work drug test out of drug test. and some immigrants come from where ever and am able to get a job just by standing out in front of home depo. company after company hire these people not because the jobs they are hiring for are not wanted by other people just because its cheaper. people do not see how this effects the middle class worker but it does but im sure you can see how this affects every one. what do you think?

ON SEPT 29, 2006 I WAS INVOLVED AN ACCIDENT AND ARRESTED FOR OWI. I WAS IN POSSESSION OF 1 ATIVAN PILL NOT PRESCRIBED TO ME, BUT GIVEN TO ME BY A FRIEND, TO HELP RELAX ME AFTER A STRESSFUL DAY. 3 WEEKS LATER I WAS KICKED OUT OF MY EMT-B CLASS AND TOLD I COULD NEVER BE CERTIFIED. Sorry im just interested, you see la chacha its because i want to repot it, but i moved out about oct. 28 and she got it the day after,from what i was told, which i heard from a neighbor, there are no boxes or satelite, like direct tv or anything i think its like time warner or something... a man that installed my neighbors cable did it for my ex rm mate for like 50 bucks, i want her to get in trouble bc she put me through a lot while i lived there, but i dont want this to back fire on me...(sheer payback) i believe my name is on the contract, but the land lord knows i no longer live there, when i moved out and why... my neighbors are keeping me updated due to the fact that i still pay rent bc im on the contract and i have to. Her friends are living off my money and in my room while i am obligated to still pay my half...what lifes little lessons teach you... thanks...

Clearly the U.S. is in a struggle now, and so we need our strength. The question is if things like the first and fourth ammendments (as well as the others) are liabilites we can only afford when things are going well, or if they are strengths that can help us even when things are difficult?
