Whats the diffrence between NAMBLA and the Republican GOP????

Nicaragua has passed a law banning all abortions, even for rape victims and women who risk dying in childbirth, in a move backed both by conservative and left wing politicians eager to win Catholic votes a week before a presidential election. The bill was passed in a 52-0 vote. Chile and El Salvador, have a similar blanket ban.

Doctors who carry out abortions on rape victims or women who could die at childbirth will face a four-to-eight-year jail sentence. The women will face the same penalty.

Do you agree with the law....or disagree?

I think the only benefit that should be offered is "Meidcal"... Only becuse of desease control. Let's see how many illegal aliens of "all" ethnicities will remain in the U.S.A. then.

I have a criminal court case coming up. We have been thru the motions hearing. My defence is on hold pending the rulings of the Judge. Every calander call he confirms that upon getting to my case, he is ready to render his rulings.when the court does not call my case and it is bound over until the next court date, the Judge does not send down his rulings on my motions, without those rulings I am not sure which way I am need to proceed. I need his rulings so as to know how or what my defense will be. My indictment has been wrong three times. I don't really know on what charge I am going to be tried. I feel the Judge knows he must rule in my favor on all my motions, or most anyway. I think he is holding out hoping I will either grow tired of the constant nerve racking and just plea out, or to be rearrested on a new thing and these rulings won't matter. That ain't gonna happen.

I was just wondering if a cop (off duty) instinctually hits their brakes, like most people do, when they are speeding, and see another (on duty) police officer?

We certainly want to turn over security to Iraqi forces, and a lot has been made about the number of military & police we've trained. However, it now seems that sectarian militias and even death squads exist within these groups. But still, other than us, they're the only "security" available.

So do you think the military and police we're training are helping solve the violence, or are they making it worse?

The nastiness sure comes out at election time doesn't it. Be it among the polititians everywhere or the voters as here at this site. I'm really hoping in 2008 that be it McCain, Frist or Obama, Republican, Libertarian or Democrat,whomever, that the number one goal will be unity in this country. It seems to have been a long, long time.
