AZ law gives landlords 14 business days after termination of a rental agreement to return a security deposit in full minus any repairs the landlord performed.

Today was the 20th day. They finally have my deposit in the office, but they want to charge me for repairs that weren't even mentioned during the move-out walkthrough as well as for the electricity that they used after we moved out (I had service disconnected on the day I handed over the keys.). I asked to see receipts as verification that the charges are valid, and the manager took both the check and the itemization away from me and told me that she'd "call me" because she didn't have them then. She refused to give me a copy of the itemization. Also, the amount that they are claiming that I paid as a security deposit is $151 less than what I actually paid.

well it was said that legal they aren't suppose to suppend a person driver licesene for back child support,word is that there is form a person can fill out and get their D/L' reinstated

My ex is a criminal and has contact with our children. I did a criminal check on him to see if anything recent has occurred and nothing came up....I know he's been convicted of an A and B misdemeanor in the past and God knows what has happened since our divorce. But the criminal record says he's squeaky clean!! Please help, I have young children.

parades in the US by Easter? Also, no US troops would be killed in the last 2 month offensive, there would be no Civil war once US troops left, and in the LONG RUN hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians would be saved.

As great as the US military is, counter-insurgency is not their forte but they are the best in the world at conventional warfare so why not use the US militaries strength to win & end this war ASAP?

95% of the insurgency is happening in the "Sunni Triangle" & some isolated towns in west Iraq. B-52 bombing wasn't as effective in Vietnam because of the jungle. But in Iraq, that will not be a problem because the US military knows exactly what towns/cities that the insurgents are hiding in, it's just next to impossible to find them when they aren't shooting. Some massive bombing raids by B-52s on selected cities/towns in the Sunni Triangle/W. Iraq would END the war in Iraq in 2 months & save countless of US/Iraqi lives; the insurgency would be over!

Why can't they just admit there were skeletons in the closet years before they were born? Stuff that has nothing to do with them now (slavery). Why must there always be someone to blame? Now they've "swapped" with Republicans. The blame game is what costs Dem votes.

Liberals think the way they do because they listen to Democracy Now, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, NewYorkTimes, WashingtonPost. What do all this news sources have in common? They have a template and action line that must meet the editor's guidelines which is "anything that hurts the republicans" print it. Anything that hurts the democrats, don't print it, unless forced to by the Right Wing Watch Dogs. That is why when you talk to a LIBERAL, they are so far off in lala land, believing what they read, hear, and see from the "drive-by media" and left wing looneytunes. When they talk about Rush Limbaugh or the Fox Channel, the liberals don't listen but comment on what other people say about the "right" wing channels. Liberals themselves don't really hear it first hand, so they are clueless about LIBERAL ILLUSIONS like Air America, Democracy Now, and MoveOn.Org. So don't argue with a luney liberal, it is a waste of time.

If I earned about $80k/year in the last few years, and then became
unemployed, do u think the judge will agree to set the child support
obligation acording to the lower unemployment earnings instead of
applying the formula to the $80k?
This is in a divorce case at the Supreme Court.

Please advise!
