What role does institutionalization and legalization of exploitation and oppression play in keeping the majority ignorant of and prejudice toward minorized people. (Chinese, Japanese, Mexicans etc.)

It used to be called the big lie! It is the systematic pitting of one group against the other, especially those outside the border, that keeps the population stirred up against each other. All the dust that is stirred up allows the really Big Boys to manipulate the world and plunder through banking, oil, weapons sales, insurance, etc. while all the little people are arguing amongst themselves. It is still working today all around the world.
