The beauracracy that is our political party system ensures that a single vote has no value. To have any say in the world, you either have to have alot of money and time or be entrenched in an existing political party for years. Everything requires you to nod to the guy that has been around. We are no Freer than Russia

Science's most horrific invention is the nuclear weapon. It saves lives by taking lives, just like stem cell research (assuming you consider embryos to be lives) Yet he seems to have no problems with all the talk of developing new nuclear weapons, those bunker busters and the like. It's inconsistent and hypocritical, and thus indefensible?

I know Judges seem to have a lot of power. Can they pretty much get away with just about anything without a fear of punishment?

President Bush is building the wall to protect Mexican lives.
The fact is this:
Very soon A bombs from Iran and North Korea will hit USA territory, so a lot of Yankees will be killed, the other will try to cross the border, but they will be stopped by the wall.
So after a dozen of year radioactivity will decay, and you can go to the north safely.
Are you happy with this?

Don't be affraid of us!

We are just trying to find a better way of life since our governments yours and mine are corrupt! Do u agree? Or u will keep being jealous of us?
Don't hate us! We don't hate u!
We are friendly folks.
Keep my vote!. You don't need to rise walls to divide us and use it as political campaign!
We only want you to teach us to become legal and follow all those laws you keep talking about....

Either in English or Spanish, cos despite my spelling mistakes, we can keep communication from alien to alien.

Why don't they protest their own Government with ALL their people and make a change in THEIR country? If they don't like how their country is run, why don't they change things there?

I helped my friend file a temporary injunction a few days ago? Does anyone know what the process is, after filing? We tried calling the courts to find out but the Judicial Assistant is out of office and won't be back for another two weeks. In the meantime, we received a call from the clerk of the courts with a case number and the judge's name.

When should we expect our case to be addressed by the judge? How long does the opposing side have to file a response?

Many Thanks

Administration/Police or from Courts like High
Court/Supreme Court etc needed to go on indefinite yet non-violent hunger strike in
lines with Mahatma Gandhi ji demanding equal justice and rights?

Please let me know about the procedures and formalities of getting permission for hunger strike, if any.

Is peacefull Hunger Strike is a Punishable Offence? Whether Government can control the Hunger strikers using any law or rule in India?

What are the steps one has to take before going to hunger strike?

What are the thinks one has to keep in mind before going to indefinite hunger strike inlines with Gandhiji?

This happens the most at the local level. When it comes to alot of things. Approval of tasers, internet filters at libraries, crackdowns on headshops that sell tobacco pipes, crackdowns on porn shops, crackdowns on strip clubs etc. It is sad that it should have to move up to a federal or state court for some of these ordinances to be declared unconstitutional. Be wary of local politics sometimes. Civil liberties are important.

My fiancee just deceased. We have been together for 14 years. Out of our relationship we had accumulated property, cars, etc. He was not working at the time. I filed bankruptcy because I lost my job. I won my case and a lumpsome of money. I gave him so much money and the property had to be in his name, because of his good credit.
Now since he has deceased, his family is coming after everything I paid for. I have receipts that I gave him money for cars, property and etc, it wasn't a gift. Do I have any rights?

President Bush's job approval is 43%. Fifty-six percent (56%) disapprove of the job the President is doing. These figures include 23% who Strongly Approve and 39% who Strongly Disapprove.

The President earns approval from 48% of Men, and just 38% of Women. Men under 40 are the most bullish on the President's performance, giving him a 58% approval rating. (Rasmussen Reports)....maybe its NOT real! whats your opinion?
i read in angush reid report, today, that just 38% of french approve their president....but we dont hear from french that criticize their president!! why??

I would be lying if i claimed everything is great or ever has been in my life! Asking for suggestions here on yahoo yields a bunch of useless rhetoric. i.e. If i did ask or sought out help you get answers from airheads refering you to places that may or not exist but certainly do not function like government/subsidized employment & training centers etc.
